Reiki Level 1 Certification Course

Reiki Level 1 is the foundational course in Reiki training. It introduces you to the history and principles of Reiki, teaches basic hand positions for self-healing and for offering Reiki to others, and opens your energy channels through a process called an attunement. The focus is primarily on self-treatment, learning to sense energy, and beginning to work with Reiki in a grounded and safe way. It’s a deeply empowering step for personal healing and spiritual growth.
